MoneySavingExpert.com is a British consumer finance information and discussion website founded and owned by financial journalist Martin Lewis in February 2003 with the aim of providing information and journalistic articles enabling people to save money. OverviewThe website claims that it is the UK's biggest independent money site, with over 4 million unique users a month. The site aspires to have an ethical stance with the principles of being free to use with no advertisements, independent, unbiased and journalistic in all its research and money-saving articles. The website has no advertisements, however the website contains affiliate links to merchants and receives commission for each purchase made. Q. I am quite bad with money, hence consolidated all my debts this year into a 22 K loan. Have cut out a lot and have not gone overdrawn this year, which is good. If not, try somewhere like LoveFilm.com, who offer unlimited rentals for 12.99 per month... or 3.99 for 2 DVDs a month! Also, you could try various websites for their free trials over the next few months! Another idea is if you know anyone else who rents a lot of DVDs, you could split the cost between you.
